Spective™ is your single online access point for supply chain visibility. A web-based platform, it enables you to access all your relevant information from one unified portal, including not only Maersk Logistics data, but also information from any other service provider such as warehouses, customs house brokers, truckers, carriers and vendors.

Here’s how Spective™ works from production through to distribution:
Production
Customer-specific milestones are set up and production status updated in real-time by the vendors. Alert functions allow the customer to prioritise critical and urgent issues so they can act decisively in case of discrepancies and minimise any consequences at an early stage. Performance reports allow customers to identify bottlenecks and rank service providers and suppliers based on performance.
Transportation
Transportation processes include ocean and air movement, as well as customs release. Interfaces with the customer’s partners (including carriers, 3PLs, and custom house brokers) provide updates on predefined milestones, decreasing uncertainty and improving the product-tracking and reporting process while on the move.
Distribution
Distribution processes follow the products all the way to their final destination. Interfaces with trucking companies and warehouses deliver updates on inventory positions across distribution networks as well as detailed product status, improving cross-docking efficiencies and warehouse planning and productivity.
In all these areas, Spective’s advanced reporting capabilities help customers monitor, measure and manage their business partners and supply chain processes based on performance.
