Effective immediately, the combined P&O Nedlloyd Logistics and Maersk Logistics businesses will trade as Maersk Logistics.
The integration of the two businesses creates the industry leader in international logistics with expertise and logistics solutions capabilities in present and new industries, and even more capacity in an expanded global network.
Also announced today and effective immediately, the combined Maersk Sealand and P&O Nedlloyd businesses will trade as Maersk Line.
