Target names Maersk Logistics 'Carrier of the year'
On 11 May 2005, Maersk Logistics was awarded ‘Carrier of the Year’ for 2004 at the Target Corporation’s recent Carrier Conference.
The ‘Carrier of the Year’ award was presented to Maersk Logistics as one of the service providers that have clearly excelled in both strategic development and tactical execution for Target Corporation in 2004.
In addition to the ‘Carrier of the Year Award’, three Maersk Logistics representatives were rewarded ‘All Star’ recognition for their outstanding performance on an individual basis.
In recognition of the awards, Mr Anthony A. Chiarello, President of Maersk Logistics Inc., stated: “We are honoured to receive this award. The ‘Carrier of the Year’ award quantifies Maersk Logistics’ capability to consistently develop and execute successful solutions. The Target Corporation 2005 Carrier Conference was held on 11 and 12 May at the Hyatt Regency in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
